Refund policy

You are welcome to return any item in your order within 30 days of receiving it. Your item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

To start a return, please e-mail us at info@hellbendernets.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless your return is due to a damaged item or one with a defect, you are responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are unable to return gift cards. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will reach out as soon as we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
